Ohio Election Integrity Network Strives to Ensure Transparent Elections in Ohio

STATE WIDE – Throughout the state of Ohio, groups of local citizens are working hard to ensure our election process maintains integrity and that your vote matters.

Ohio Election Integrity Network, or OEIN, is a collaborative team of Election Integrity groups and volunteers throughout the State of Ohio with a unique mission. Their goal is to establish a trusted statewide infrastructure, comprising of a network of Ohio groups focused on protecting the electoral process.

Within OEIN, county election integrity task forces work to ensure secure and legitimate election processes. OEIN is currently working with over 30 counties throughout the state and has been continually work to establish new election integrity, or EI groups.

According to OEIN, their goal is to improve the election process by focusing on a number of specific factors:

* Legislation – Working closely with Ohio Legislators on Election Bills such as, HB458

passed in December 2022, plus current proposed legislation SB51 and SB71.

* Data Team – Providing detailed analysis of voter database from the Secretary of State

website.

* Voter Roll Maintenance and Voter Registrations – Cleaning up voter rolls and insuring

compliance.

* Vulnerable Voters – Protecting the votes of residents of nursing homes, group homes

and disabled voters.

* Vote by Mail and United States Postal Service “USPS” – Working with Ohio Post

Offices concerning election issues.

* County Board of Elections “BOE” – Building working relationships with Ohio county

elections officials to help them with voter roll and election issues.

* Poll Workers and Poll Watchers – Recruiting throughout Ohio for poll workers and poll

watchers to work in upcoming elections.

* Citizens Research Project – Nationwide group, researching new election issues,

affecting every state.

* Rank Choice Voting – Educating Ohio citizens and legislators on this unorthodox

method of voting, that has been sweeping across the nation, creating chaos and confusion among voters. OEIN is affiliated with the national Election Integrity Network, which includes a 20 state coalition and partners with the Virginia Institute, The Heritage Foundation, America First Legal and Who’s Counting. EIN has built an effective network covering all aspects of election matters and works closely with Ohio Freedom Action Network, or OhioFAN. OhioFAN has been instrumental in promoting OEIN.
